Doula Birthing support
My Doula Support package has been put together carfully with you and your family in mind to fully support you throughout your birthing journey.
Packages are completely flexable. You are in complete control of how you want your support to look. The standard packages I outline below can be used as is, or as a platform for you to make adjustments, and prices are guidelines. There are certain elements that cannot be changed, for example an initial consultation needs to happen.
At the consultation we can discuss what elements you want to keep, to change around, if there's anything you want to add or take away and we will agree on your support for me to give you a quote. If money is an issue for you, please let me know what your budget is so we can agree what support is best for you within your budget.
*During 2024 I only have capacity to take on 2 families who's guess due dates are around July August.
Reflexology Doula Package
Using Reflexology for relaxation and birth support
Reflexology is an amazing therapy and can be used throughout pregnancy, during labour and birth, and as a healing modality after birth.
Reflexology is based on the idea that there are reflex points in the feet which are connected to different areas of the body. By massaging the reflex points this can have a possitive effect on the body as a whole. Reflexology has been shown to lower stress levels, alieviate aches and pains, and to have a calming effect on the body and mind.
My Reflexology Doula package brings together my extensive knowledge of Reflexology and pregnancy, birth and beyond.
The package:
Initial consultation - to talk through your wishes and to make sure the package is right for you.
Welcome bag - Includes
- a note of agreed dates for your treatment sessions to pop on your calendar
- a 'contract' which shows you what to expect from me, when and were, with addresses and contact details and your bespoke package
- Birth plan template
- some goodies and gifts
4 in house birth prep and relaxing reflexology sessions. With space to chat about anything you want, and rounded off with reflex treatment
1 Birth plan session/home visit
I will go on call for you 2 weeks before til 2 weeks after your guess date (extended on call can be discussed)
I will then stay with your throughout labour and birth, and stay for upto 2 hours after the birth.
1 birth debrief
1 postnatal renewing reflexology session.
