Here is an ever growing list of places you may need or would like to access. I'm always adding to this list so if you know of a person, charity or page you think needs a mention, please drop me an e-mail at katy@mother-gaia.co.uk and I'll add it in.

Here you will find charities, experts, self-employed mum and baby related small businesses either in the UK or local to north Yorkshire, darlington and durham. Everything from mental health support to lactation consultants.

I am available to chat to during my usual opening hours, and I'll chat about anything, but I acknowledge I'm not superwoman and I can't be all things to all people all of the time, so please make use of these experts when you need them.
