What is pregnancy support?
I am passionate about providing exceptional pregnancy care because I know firsthand how transformative and life-changing the journey to motherhood can be. I experienced a difficult pregnancy and struggled to find the support and care I needed. So I decided to create Mother Gaia to ensure that no other woman would have to go through pregnancy alone. My support comes in various forms which I have described below.
Happy pregnancy
Even in the most picture perfect pregnancy, your body is still going through many changes to support a growing baby. Looking after your body, mind and spirit are the best ways to support your new baby.

Extra support
Sometimes pregnancy isn't always unicorns pooping rainbows and little fairies spreading glitter everywhere. And it can be hard work.
I have support packages that can be tailored for your needs, whatever they may be.
on-line and face to face chats:
a set of 6 sessions with space for you to just chat about whatever you need to. There's absolutly no judgement, and anything goes. I know what its like to just need to vent to somebody because hubby has put the spoons in the wrong draw AGAIN! or you are really struggling to get to grips with how your life is going to change once baby is here.
